Need help logging on? Follow these steps:

1. Log in at Use your "old" User ID and use ALL lower case characters

2. Confirm your User ID is correct on the next screen.
a. If it is correct, at the middle of the screen, click to generate Security Code
        b. If your User ID is wrong, click Enter different User ID to enter it again. You may also exit from the site, navigate back to and try again. If you believe you have the incorrect User ID, you will need to contact Customer Service to receive the correct User ID.

3. Choose from the phone numbers presented
a. If your number isn't present, confirm the User ID was entered correctly
b. If your old phone numbers are presented, update your phone numbers by visiting your local branch or mailing a signed letter with your request
c. You may also answer security questions by choosing the answer verification question (this option is only presented after the initial log on)

4. Enter your ATM PIN as your first time password
a. You will then select a new password. If your old TBO password meets the security criteria, you may reuse it. (On subsequent log ins, please use your set up password. You no longer need to use your PIN at that point)

5. Open the Terms and Conditions to review, there is a link to the text just above the acceptance box to open it

6. Select the box to accept the Terms and Conditions

7. You should be logged in!
